“The device is quality, the chain that comes with it is not. I bought the 20 dollar one, that’s actually like the free one. It should have came with the device. I don’t know if it works, worse comes to worse I spent 120 on a chain..”
“The packaging it arrives in is very nice, you get the shift, the chain, instructions & a fairly nice sleeve (Alcantara material?) for storage or transport (completely unnecessary). It did not immediately become a part of my daily routine. I started using it during my daily commute which kept me from reaching for a vape. I then started wearing it around my neck before commuting & it became one of my EDC (everyday carry) items. I no longer leave the house without it. This has me reaching for a vape less often & I do feel a bit less anxious after using it (slow, controlled breathing is relaxing). I only use it when I am alone as it is not a common item to own, it also makes a slight whistling noise while exhaling through it. I opted for the classic version over the active version as the active version is only offered with a nylon cord & I liked the "be still" inscription (which does not look accurate after having researched many online dictionaries). Overall happy with the purchase & the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price.”
“This rating is based on my order experience and not the product itself. I ordered a classic shift with an upgraded box chain. My order sat un- shipped for nearly a month before I was told that the upgraded chain was back ordered. While Komuso refunded the upgrade chain cost and shipped it quickly after that with a regular chain, the order page should have flagged the lack of availability. I shouldn’t have had to wait so long for the product.”
