“Very disappointing. I have ordered the vegan chocolate raspberry velvet cake many times and always loved it. This time the cake texture was dry and the cake tasted different. It was embarrasing as it was a 75th birthday cake which we took to a restaurant. Also the new freeze dried raspberries on top were terrilble. They were dried out hard lumps and looked shrivelled. Please think how you can return to juicy and attractive raspberries on top of the cake.”

“Collected cake only to spot mice running around the store. Cake had a very short best before date (3 days!). Won’t visit again - used to be amazing but the mice have certainly put me off!”

I am sorry to see that your previous visit with us wasn't up to our usual standard or quality. We have contacted the service that handle our pest to get them to do more regular checks and to fix any issues that are causing the mice to be present in the shop.
