“Bought this for my husband’s birthday. For our small family of four, we made it stretch two days. It is beautifully made, and an utter delight for the taste buds. You would never know it is vegan (my nosey husband wanted to check it out online and couldn’t believe!) “I am pleased that you have a vegan cake. But it is boring always to have the same cake. If you do not wish to have more than one vegan cake at a time then I suggest one vegan cake for a couple of months, another for the next few months &c.”
