“Disappointed. A significant reduction in the amount of filling from previous years means every bite was mostly pastry. I have bought your mince pies for many years and they used to be the best, but I will be looking elsewhere next time. For the cost I don't expect a mince pie that is half empty.”

“The mince pies were extremely delicious, as usual. I only buy these at Christmas time. Once I tasted it, never looked back at other brands!
But unfortunately during delivery the box was turned upside down which resulted in a lot of crumbs everywhere and broken edges. Unfortunately it wasn't in a giftable state after that. Quite disappointing as otherwise it's a premium product for premium price! Next time it would be helpful to write on the outside of the box which side up or use a different currier.”

“Still very good - Pastry not so crisp this year & mincemeat was different to last year.
Needed to be slightly sweeter & not too much cloves - more dried fruit.
Just the right size - a couple of mouthfulls so no sugar rush
