Thank you for the kind words, it means a lot to me and the team. We've got a few recreational abalone licenses among us, and spend a bit of time diving at Bicheno over summer. It's a great little town. Our "Smoked Chipotle" packaging features illustrations from the nearby Freycinet National Park - one of my favourite places anywhere!

Thanks for your review Kirrilie. You might be interested to know that all our beef comes from Cape Grim. All their beef farms are grass fed, and certified by a third party auditor. We even have tracking numbers so that we know which farms our beef comes from.
And yes, the only preservative we use is salt. Of course, this means that our shelf life is only 6 months, but we're told our product gets eaten well before then anyway.
