“Honestly its way better than I thought. I first learned about these books through Mirandas Instagram LIVE that she did and they looked pretty small (and she held it in her hand next to her head so I thought I had a good comparison on what the size would be) but these are decent size. Also love the soft cover. And most importantly the books are so full of wisdom, insight for mental clarity. Its like, writing every line on a different sticky note to leave around the house to remind you of things that just make you feel good. I don't do that but in "treasure yourself" I read the intro and life lessons often kind of like a mantra. I'm not into self help books because the bible is where its at but these are good for the soul. Surprised a celebrity is this in touch with spirituality.”
