“First experience with KORA. I was charged for this product and never received my product. Contacted KORA who said its not our problem contact our 3rd party courier located in Canada. They refused to help me in any way. I contacted 3rd party courier who said product was delivered but the courier dropped at wrong address. They said they would get back to me in 24hr to reship another product to my correct address. That was over a week ago. I am out $60 and almost 4 hours of tracking down this package. No product is worth this much trouble.”
