“I didn't receive my cleansers, all that was in the box were two samples. Very mad I have been buying from this company since 2017 and they send two samples out and not the cleansers that I paid 111.00 dollars for. I have submitted two e-mails to this company. Not sure why this has happened, never happened before. My daughter is without cleanser now. Someone needs to get back to me ASAP and let me know when the cleansers will be sent out. I've never had this happen before. But put yourself in my shoes, you wouldn't want an empty box coming to your door after you just paid $111.00, right??”
