Big mistake. They do not stand behind their products and will not allow a return, unlike Sephora. They don't support loyal customers and have a very short-sighted customer service policy.
I would recommend NOT PURCHASING FROM KORA's website and instead choose one of the MANY other all-natural skincare product lines that are on the market.”
