“I have been using the Noni Radiant Eye Oil for over a year now and absolutely love it! It reduces puffiness and hydrates. At this point, I can tell in the morning if I forgot to use it before bed because my under eyes are dull! I've seen some complaints about the rolling ball being difficult at times. I understand what other users are saying, but the maximum number of "swipes" for the oil to come to the outer surface is maybe 5. Not a big deal at all! Highly recommend.”
