The Noni Radiant Eye Oil is the perfect undereye treatment and primer for makeup, by providing a hydrating base that helps concealer look undetectable. For best use with makeup, we would suggest applying a tiny amount underneath the eye and gently massaging the oil into the skin with your fingertips.
