“I do like their products, but I've been dealing with truely terrible customer service this past month. The products are one of a few brands that don't make me break out, which is great. HOWEVER, if the customer service is crap, I won't be using the product. Simple. If you're wondering what terrible customer service I'm talking about, let me explain. I recently bought a bottle of moisturizer and was so excited to receive it. The KORA team failed to ship until I sent them an email and asked when they were going to ship (about 10 days later). They apologize and ship the product (YAY!). After receiving the items and opening the box I saw the moisturizer was EXPIRED! How annoying, unprofessional, and gross. Once again, I emailed them to see how they fix these kinds of problems. Well, that was 10 days ago, and this problem is still not resolved. Very frustrating.
When/IF the problem is resolved I would be more than happy to update my review, but until then, I won't be purchasing KORA products in the future and won't be recommending them to anyone I know.”
“This is an awesome cleanser! I use it with my cleansing brush and my skin feels soft and clean afterwards! I started it out with using just two pumps but then I realized that wasn't enough for it to foam up enough for me, so I began using four pumps instead and I get the perfect amount of foam. I love the packaging...the pump makes it easy to use and prevents you from using too much product so you can customise it to your needs. And the smell is just divine...it's very mild and calming, not strong and obnoxious like a lot of cleansers tend to be. It's also super easy to wash off. The only reason I took off one star is because it's not very good at removing all of my eye makeup even if I'm wearing only mascara. I'd still have some black around my eyes but I just go over it with some toner and use a cotton swab to get the rest. Overall, I do love it and it'll be my cleanser from now on!”
“This is the one i like the most out of the 3 from Kora. Is perfect for combination skin, yet very very gentle, cleans well, has a mild citrus scent, very pleasant, yet leaves your skin perfectly supple. I love Kora products!”
“As someone with oily acne rosacea skin, I love this gentle cleanser. It's gel-based and doesn't have the absolute best smell in the world but smells natural. It is soft enough to take off my makeup and never feels like it has stripped my skin. Use it daily and absolutely love it.”
