“This bottle is very pretty and looks lovely on my bedside table next to the rose hand cream however it does leak out the bottom while drinking from it and it is a bit tricky to clean, especially around the top of the lid. There's also a little bit of rust forming around the metal at the bottom. (I've had this water bottle for over 6 months and use it every day.)”

Often when there’s condensation on the water bottle this can fall into the rim of the base-cap, and give the impression of spillage. Once the condensation has been removed from the base-cap then the water bottle is fine.

“I initially gave this product a 3/5 review but unfortunately this has to change since I’m very unhappy with this product. It has started to rust at the bottom which makes it impossible to open the bottom lid to clean the bottle. This results in the glass fogging up because i cant properly clean it ruining the whole appearance of the actual bottle. Also I can’t recharge my crystal since the crystal is attached to the bottom lid. (And it still leaks which is the issue I had the first time round giving this bottle a 3/5). I’m really sad about this and I’m hoping that this is just my bottle being defective and it’s not an issue with everybody else.”
