“I love Kora face products so thought I would try the body lotion. Unfortunately I was quite underwhelmed. It’s quite a thick hard to absorb consistency and doesn’t smell very nice. Was a bit surprised given how great other products are…maybe it’s just me!”

I really appreciate the opportunity to give you feedback here, as I was going to email customer service. My rating of 2 stars only applies to this recent purchase. Ordinarily I would rate Kora Organics with 5 stars.
When I previously bought this body lotion, I was so happy with it.
It felt beautiful on my skin and was so readily absorbable and moisturising. Which is why I purchased 3 more bottles recently.
Unfortunately Miranda, it's just not the same quality product this time. It feels more like a sorbolene-based lotion; the lotion feels thicker and greasier and even 30 minutes after applying it, my skin still feels greasy. Disappointingly, all 3 bottles are the same. Whereas previously it was such a lovely lotion to use; so very light and so moisturising. As I'm housebound I have been unable to return it to you.
I'm hoping that this has just been a bad batch and in future this body lotion will be as it was. Previous to this experience Miranda, I've loved all the products I've bought from you and I was delighted that I had found a wonderfully ethical company which sold truly beautiful products. I hope my recent experience doesn't become the norm so that I can remain a customer.

“Kora Certified Organic Enriched Body Lotion is delivered in an easily-controlled pump. The richness of the lotion means I use less of it; I don't 'slather' it on but rather use three or four pumps and as the skin absorbs the lotion, I'm able to add more or not. The price is reasonable given that the product is certified organic ingredients, one uses a smaller amount of it at each application and the delivery system keeps the lotion in a sealed container without constant transfer of bacteria from one's hands. Kora Enriched Body Lotion is the effective body moisturizer that I'm confident contains no created chemicals!!”
