The products quality used to be good. i am a big fan of Kora and Miranda. I really love Kora Organics products.
However, I bought BODY EXFOLIATOR at full price this time on June, 2000.
They gave me the product which has no package at all and the expiry date is approaching.
The EXP date is January, 2021. The customer service told me it is normal, none of their business.
They said I shall write email not via live chat.
They not only cannot solve my problem, but also claim that’s not their responsibility.
They said I need to pay the shipping fee if I am not happy with the products.
