“I have tried so many other night serums, most while I am still using this one and it is the only one I have used that isn’t to harsh.
Others I have used claiming to be organic have sent my skin into a breakout and burning stage. I cut them straight out and strictly only use KORA by its self now.
I always do this. Try new things or add new things and always end up coming back and cut everything out because they are not good for my skin. Kora is the only product I can use”
“Not happy with the packaging. My husband bought be “award winning kit” few months back all the products in the kit seems okay but this serum packaging doesn’t work at all. I have to pump until my finger hurts to get the product out. First the product didn’t come out at all, I emailed customer support and they said I have to pump several times before the product comes out. So, the thing is its been few months already and I have tried so many times and the product doesn’t come out at all. It seems to come once in a while only if it wants to come out . I have use this product for only 4-5 times until now coz it literally annoys me when I have to pump 100 times to try to use this product. I emailed the customer support team few weeks ago again mentioning the same issue & asked them to send me new one and I’m more than happy to return the one that’s with me and they don’t seem to bother to reply my email. So, even though there’re few of my other favourites from kora due to this bad experience, I might not be purchasing any kora organic products in future.”
