“I love these two but the serum bottle is unfriendly in that does not allow all the serum to be emptied from the bottle. It wastes at least 5-10 ml. I’ve tried a couple of labour intensive ways to get it all out, which is why I won’t reinvest in it until the extraction method changes. The cream has a lovely feel. After 2 - 3 buys I couldn’t see a lot of difference despite loving the feel and the scent.”
“The dropper of the serum is a real pain to use. It takes many attempts to get 1 or two drops out. Kora please design a different dropper or package it in another form as the actual serum is really lovely but so hard to use.”
