“The one I received had oil coagulating at the neck of bottle but I just thought it as due to bad packaging. However it so was bad smelling when I tried to apply it and later we confirmed that the oil had gone rancid. Wrote to the official email address twice but there was no response. Very disappointed I can’t use this new product I purchased”
“I was actually disappointed when I got this in the mail in a huge box and the eye oil was so small.
I even checked my order for the correct size. But it was the correct size and it hasn't disappointed. Its a small roller bottle that glides on beautifully and i can see this 10ml bottle lasting ages.
Would definitely buy it again.”
“I love the application of this. While I don’t think it’s ‘age defying’ it has added more hydration to my under eye area. It is a little pricey, in my opinion, but a nice, gentle product. I am now on my second bottle and would buy again.”
“I’ve been using the oil for years and it’s really helpful with puffiness, smoothing the under eye area. I adore it! But the packaging can be probably improved, as for the second time I get the product ~4/5 full with oily packaging. Same happens when I take it in trips, probably when the bottle is turned over, the oil might go out. Again, the product is perfect, but please, do something with packaging!”
