“I loved the product but the roller ball didn’t work or spin freely so I was hesitant to apply under my eye as it felt like it was pulling my skin. So I would roll on my finger tips then dab on. But then this was double handling of the product so that is a shame. Sounds like other people have had this problem too. I should of contacted Kora to let them know but now it’s probably to late. But I really loved the oil is was so good. Im hesitate to purchase again.”
