Hi Poppy, We are sorry to hear that the Mist inadvertently sprayed into your eyes. We always recommend our customers give the Mist bottles a really good shake 8-10 times, prior to spraying. This assists with combining the beautiful ingredients, and achieving the right blend of the product prior to vacating the nozzle. Although sensitivity reactions are rare, we do state on our packaging for consumers to conduct a simple skin patch test before beginning topical use of a new skin or body care product, especially if they know or have had experienced any sensitivities in the past. Each and every KORA Organics product we create, does undergo RIPT (Repeat Insult Patch Testing) on more than 50+ volunteers in order to see if a product raises the risk of any skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. This is a standard procedure we follow in order to ensure customer safety and quality of ingredients.
