“The ingredients are delightful. Unfortunately the packaging is letting it down. This is the second time I’ve needed to open a new mist due to the pump not working for very long. I poured hot water onto the pump to clear it in case it was blocked. No difference.
I don’t like writing a negative review, I have been using Kora Organics for years, I absolutely love the products. But I need the packaging to work.”
“easy use, keep skin soft and moisturized. But I have never been a fan of mint, I didn't read carefully when I bought this. If I knew it is minty, I don't think I would have bought it. :)”
“I really do love the product, kept my face moist however, after a few uses the spray top thing doesn’t work and it’s pretty annoying especially when your bottle is still full. This malfunction is a deal breaker, Miranda, please find away to fix it.”
“I love the product, but sadly the 1 star review is due to the pump and making the contents unusable. I was not even 1/4 into the bottle and the pump siezed up. Kora organics kindly sent me a new pump and a replacement bottle. Now both of those pumps have also stopped working, and I'm not even half way down the first bottle. Would gladly buy again if I was guaranteed the pump would work for the entire bottle.”
