“Hi I loved this product ,the smell was delicious and it was so refreshing on my skin .
But alas I too had problems with the nozzle and had to transfer to another bottle.
I would really like to repurchase but am hesitant to pay full price when there is an obvious defect with the bottle.Could you assist with a solution to this ??

“I’ve loved every other Kora product, but unfortunately this one lets the range down. I like the smell and the feel on the skin, but I prefer other toners to this one. The biggest disappointment is the packaging. The spray nozzle stopped working after about a week of usage. I’ve since transferred the product into a generic spray bottle and it works well. Unfortunately I won’t buy again for these reasons.”

“I love this mist! But I give low stars because the spray broke after a few use. I contacted Kora and they kindly replaced mine but the replacement also broke after few use. It just sucks that I love the product but can’t use it properly. I hope they change the spray to more durable and functional one. Other than that, I think it’s a great product and I’ve been using Kora for over 5 years.”

“A lovely dewy minty fresh spray. However the spray stopped working within 7 days of purchasing the product from a healthfood store.
Store would not return or replace, instead i had to decant the remaining toner contents into a spare bottle. I won’t buy again! Overall still prefer the rose mist better. Uncomplicated packaging, hydrating, soothing and calming for my skin and senses.”
