“This is the third of this kind of bottle we’ve purchased. Two I got for Christmas. After one’s lid shattered following a short fall from inside the fridge, I wrote customer service inquiring about purchasing a lid. They responded they don’t sell lids for this bottle but that they’d offer me a 40% discount on my purchase of another bottle of the same kind. So I did. That one lasted a week. The lid broke after taking a fall from the coffee table onto the carpet.
We have one left out of three of these, and we rarely use it because we’re afraid the lid will shatter. Save your money and get one of their other, much cheaper and more durable bottles.”
We are sorry to hear that your bottle was damaged by an accidental fall. The KOR ONE is a one-piece design so a lid replacement only is not available. We are happy that we were able to provide a discount code for you.
