“Purchased two of these and found them to be defective (loud whistle noise every time you sucked and difficult to suck from the nozzle). Contacted the company and after several emails was finally told I could send them back for a refund. The cost of mailing them back was half the cost of the bottle. Stuck with useless defective product. Not happy!!!!”

We appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your bottles. The Nava bottle will have some slight air exchange noise as the water is drawn up through the filter and straw. If this noise is very loud it may be caused by tipping the bottle or other issue to be determined by our customer service team.
