“I'm a complete beginner, never even sat at a drum kit before buying this. Paired it with a USB cable to a PC and software called melodics to get started. I'm a week in now and I have been having so much fun learning to play and seeing my progress. Probably my best decision in years to buy this kit, in fact I regret not buying one sooner I'm having that much fun. This kit is incredibly well made and robust. The sound module is super easy to use and has some insane options for adjusting the sounds of each pad and how sensitive they are etc. Do yourself a favour and skip the cheaper TD17KV-L kit and get this one or the more expensive KVX variant so you get the mesh headed toms and larger snare. All in all a fantastic set of gear for a very good price when you consider the individual cost of the components. Kosmic also did a stellar job of getting it to me super quick and with great communication as well.”
