“I choose to review my experience. I finally received part of my order 30 days later. Exterior packaging soaking wet because of the idiot UPS driver who must of left it on the floor of her personal car. I tried but no way of complaining to UPS. ONLY 35 AFTER PURCHASE has the rest of my order been shipped!!! California to Montreal, I expect it to take another 30 days. Why is it AMAZON does it in 2-3? Are you shipping by pack mule? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, do not recommend and will not order again”

“It's the thirs year I get the calendar, and I'm happy to keep buying it. But you really really really need to make the buying experience and delivery better. Two examples:
1. I live in Germany, so when I order it I have to pay a lot for delivery plus, then I have to pay more for tolls, so the final price for the calendar has already made me think hard about not getting it. This is really weird considering the founders of Kurzgesagt are from Germany, or so I thought.
2. This time I had 2 copies delivered to my home in Mexico city because the price of sendin two calendars to Mexico was about the same than sending one calendar to Germany. Sound like a good deal no? Well you might not be paying your delivery partner in MExico enough becuase it took a realy long time for the calendar to get to my family's house. It almost didn't make it in time and I would've have to cancel my order and requested a refund.
SO in the end it all worked out... but the experience of getting the calendar shipped to countries outside of the US is really really bad.
Please use some of the profits you make on this year's calendar to reinvest in some better logistics options.
