The website stated to order before December 8th to ensure it arrived before Christmas and I ordered December 6th. Most of my daughter's Christmas gift never shipped and she was very disappointed. No communication from the company and no hope of getting products or a refund. Such poor service for an expensive product. We are very unhappy.”
