“I love the art, I love the feel of the journal, I love the attack plan on changing your life with scientifically supported, smaller modifications to your daily life. I am no expert on habits, but I do think only having 3 days of doing your habit before jumping to the next stage is a bit small. Also, same as the gratitude journal, the spine is very stiff and makes writing on the left side awkward.”

I'm still in the early days of training on how to use and create the habits I want. I really like it, as the instructions are clear, simple and well-directed. And they’re working to help me creating a morning meditation habit!
I also thought the little booklet was very pretty, I just wish there was something written on the cover to identify it as the Habit Journal, as I have difficulty with colors (I'm colorblind) and confuse it with the Gratitude Journal.”
