Despite having been a loyal customer who has previously used their products without issue, my current attempt to return two faulty items has been met with unnecessary difficulty. The back-and-forth exchange via email, the insistence on photo and video evidence, and the overall cumbersome return process are not in line with my decade-long experience in this industry. I urge anyone considering a purchase to proceed with caution, as the current customer service approach falls short of acceptable business standards.”

“I absolutely love LBLA… this adhesive isn’t my fave. It’s dry time is too slow and my fans break apart and close as soon as it touches it. I think I would rather stick with O! Mega and Superhero”

“I wanted to love it but it dried extremely slow in 15% humidity. At 25% humidity it finally stuck but then popped off once I brushed. At 35% humidity it worked much better. I'm sure it would be great for high humidity climates.”

“I am an Omega girlie through and through, but when LBLA released this product, I was a little skeptical only because I’m trying something new. And I’m a one trick pony.
