“I bought lash clusters & Duo Precision Bond and won't be purchasing anything else. I've been doing lashes for 20 years btw.
I'm underwhelmed by the amount and quality of the lash bond. It didn't adhere well at all. Had to immediately use a bond I'd had on hand.
The lashes were nice (very thin band, the fibers don't come off when removing the clusters from the packaging) but there are so few lashes in the package, wasting one cluster is a travesty. The same clusters are available on Amazon with 3x the quantity.”

I’m very sorry to hear that the Duo Precision Bond did not perform as expected for you. For our DIY cluster system, the bond is designed to be paired with our lash sealant. The sealant helps lock the clusters in place, reduce tackiness, and support proper adhesion. If the sealant was not used, that may have affected the overall results and take a bit longer to dry. We’re happy to review your process and help troubleshoot to ensure the best possible outcome.
We’re glad to hear you liked the lash clusters themselves, especially the thin band and fiber quality. Regarding quantity, the box you purchased is our standard retail size. For artists who go through clusters more frequently or for professional use, we offer a larger option called the Lace It Up Pro box, which includes a significantly higher quantity and is often more cost-effective.
If your focus is professional extension work, our professional lash lines may better suit your needs for longer-lasting retention and larger quantities. I’d be happy to guide you through the best options based on your experience level.
