“Most of my stock is from LBLA. I use their primers, their cleansers, their bonder, their lashes, and their glue. I'm a big fan of the super hero purple glue and their favorite Cashmere lashes. I have tried all their cleansers but my favorite one is discontinued, but my clients love the new Botanical bubble wash. I use all three different primers for different types of lashes. I have tried their tweezers but it's not my favorite, and I use a glue remover from another company, but other than that, LBLA all the way!”
“Packaging was ten out of ten . Lashes looked amazing ! However I’d bought brown because I wanted to tame my look down . I bought thin ones , too thin and too whispy! my technician could do them although she is normally brilliant . My fault ! Not yours !”

“I’ve been ordering with them for a long time now, I used to absolutely love their products, however the last few bottles of glue I’ve purchased are gooey and stringy the second I open them. I’ve submitted a few different defective items over the last couple months however nobody ever gets back to me.”

I did review your account and can see your previous communications from June and July. I am currently the representative assisting with your concerns, and I want to assure you that we are working with you to help get this resolved. When a customer reports a potential adhesive issue, we do have a verification process in place to help our team properly assess the product. This includes reviewing the order number, batch number, and videos showing the adhesive consistency so we can better determine what may be occurring.
We are also still waiting on the requested video from you, which will allow us to further evaluate the issue. Adhesives can be very sensitive to environmental factors such as changes in humidity and temperature, so these details are also important in helping us understand what may be affecting performance.

“The website isn't configured for selection the way it allows you to select lashes, etc. With that said, you can select your options on the screen but unless you use the drag down box to select your choices you will not get the correct order. Additionally customer service will not rectify any matters quickly or with this problem taken into consideration.... I can admit there products are great. But website configuration and customer service is not good.”

Our website requires customers to select the specific size, curl, and diameter options for lash trays, as we offer many variations within each style. After reviewing your order details, we confirmed that the items shipped matched the selections that were placed on the order.
We also send an order confirmation email after purchase that includes the product details and shipping information, allowing customers the opportunity to review their selections and contact us with any changes before the order ships.
Our team did provide the option to return or exchange the items through our return portal, and we are always happy to assist customers in finding a resolution when an item does not meet their expectations.
