“I’ve been using this glue for about 1.5 years. Today I received my new glue bottle & the bottle itself looked so different compared to the old one. I looked in the ingredients for both & they have added/removed many different things. I had 2 clients (who have been coming to me consistently every 2 weeks for about a year) complain about sensitivity with this new glue… on the day I opened the bottle. LLBA, please do better informing your customers what your doing with specific products. I don’t love the new glue. I will update if I notice a difference in retention but I don’t think it’ll work for me.”
“I been trying keep my glue at temperature, and I would try take out glue and it would be come so tacky come at the bottle. I bought a new one thinking I might left it open or something was wrong. Same thing happened to the other new bottle it came out tacky straight from bottle so I just assumed it might be my room gets warm when I’m not their.”
