Not only is the shipping ridiculous but I payed extra so that it would get here quicker and it's been 8 days. So I will never be ordering from here again which sucks because I love the shampoo but it's not worth it shipping wise.”

“Burns and doesn’t clean. It foams as soon as you pump it out but the foam dissipates almost immediately and does not give a good lather. Whatever liquid is in it starts to run down my face and the foam will be gone in 5-7 seconds max. I wash my lashes when I’m supposed to and used other shampoos- my retention was not an issue until using this product. Possibly because there is perfume in this product. Either way, i bought 2 full size products for $40-$50 and I don’t even want to sell/give them away because its that bad”
