“Cheap garbage. Never will buy from this company again. Returned them and they said they were used which they were not so they wouldn’t have to give us a full refund. Horrible customer service.”

Your return request through our portal also noted that the item was unused and in its original packaging.
However, when we received the returned item, we noticed that some lashes were missing and a strip had been removed from the tray. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we also want to be honest about what we observed upon its return.
Following that, you expressed concern that the item may have been previously opened. Please know that we take product hygiene and quality control very seriously — each item is carefully checked before shipping to ensure it is new, sealed, and never used.
Because of health and safety regulations, we’re unable to offer refunds on opened or used items. That said, we’d still be more than happy to issue you store credit so you can find something that better suits your needs.
