“First, they shipped the incorrect items and wanted me to mail back to them, wait for them to process and then they’d send me the item I actually ordered. Super rude to make the customer wait another 2+ weeks for that process. Finally they agreed to just send it anyway. Product did not work. Used on client the full 15 minutes due to thick lashes, zero curl once completed. Tried to return for a product swap and would cost me additional money for a better product. Have had zero communication from the company since. It has been a full week of “in review” with the business.
I would not recommend to anyone.”

After reviewing our records, we would like to provide additional context regarding this situation.
When you initially contacted us regarding receiving an incorrect kit, our team responded promptly and approved a replacement shipment within 24 hours. Although our standard process would have been to arrange for the incorrect kit to be returned, we understood that you needed the correct product quickly and did not want to delay your services. As a courtesy, we immediately shipped the correct kit without requiring us to first receive the original item back.
At that time, you responded:
"Thank you. I do not mind returning the original I just don’t have time to bring it this week. And I didn’t want to wait as long to get what I ordered, I appreciate you getting back to me."
Based on that communication, we trusted that the original kit would be returned at a later date. To date, however, the original kit has not been returned to our warehouse.
Regarding your recent return request, it was submitted on June 4th and was reviewed by our team this week. We reached out requesting additional information about your experience so that we could better understand the concerns you encountered with the product. Our goal is always to troubleshoot, educate, and assist where possible before determining the best path forward.
We also noted that the return request included a partially used kit with multiple components no longer present. As outlined in our return policy, opened and used products are generally not eligible for return due to sanitation and safety requirements.
That said, we remain committed to understanding your experience and are happy to continue the conversation. Our team has reached out directly via email and would welcome the opportunity to work toward a resolution.

“I like how each perm is divided in separate pouches. I followed the direction by keeping it for 15 minutes each time but it’s not as curled as I like it. I’ve tried the $20 kits on Amazon as well. The perm in the cheaper kit works better than this one. The glue that comes with this kit works better though but that’s an easy purchase online…this brand was recommended by a friend so I thought I’d splurge and try it but I wouldn’t buy it again. Definitely would NOT recommend this kit especially for the price. Better to buy the cheaper kit on Amazon for $20 and actually look like you lifted your lashes.”
