“The ball tip broke off inside the tube as soon as I opened it. The sealant itself is not as strong as I’d hoped, although I liked how it did not make my lashes feel stiff. The customer service was very quick to respond to my return inquiry and I appreciated the prompt refund process.”

“The sponge tip at the end popped off right after opening for the first time. I purchased to apply to the glue for my lace up lashes and have to use a qtip as an applicator. The brush part would’ve made the original sponge tip difficult to use either way as it’s much to close and causes the sealant to get on the lashes. While it advertised that it can be used as a mascara primer, it’s structured to seem more useful for that than a sealant. LBLA products didn’t used to be like this. I’ve purchased this a couple of time before pre-covid and am surprised with the items I’ve received.”

“To be honest, I have not been able to use this lash sealant. I purchased this two times and both times the sponge applicator at the tip broke off and so I’m stuck with only the mascara wand that does not work well to apply the sealer. I’m really disappointed with this product because my lashes do stay sticky, and attract lint.”
