“Tweezers are hit or miss. I always buy 2 because one is always too heavy on the hand and the other is always perfect. Would highly recommend they test out their tweezers before sending them because it could cause carpel tunnel. Tips are always different but i can adjust to that. Can’t adjust to the heaviness on the hand”

We’re sorry to hear that one of the tweezers felt too heavy in your hand. Because each of our tweezers is handmade and hand-polished, slight variations in weight, tension, and feel can occur. This process is intentional, as it allows for better grip and precision, and many tweezers also “break in” over time, subtly adjusting to the artist’s hand with continued use.
All tweezers are quality-control tested with volume lashes before shipping to ensure they perform properly. Some designs may also feature a small gap, which is specifically created to help lashes fan more easily during application.
That said, we understand that comfort is extremely important—especially for lash artists working long hours—and not every tweezer will be the right fit for every hand. We absolutely want to accommodate you as best we can and are happy to offer solutions, including alternatives or support in finding a better match for your preference.
