“Well I’m not going to lie I was dubious these would work . I have always struggled applying false lashes but the reviews swayed me to try. Boy I do not regret it! So easy to apply, look amazing and last! I’m addicted!”

Do not worry - we are here to help! If you are having trouble with longevity it can be several things - over/under bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or how you are prepping your natural lashes prior to application. Most of our clients get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “I’ve watched all the videos, and I agree it’s easy to apply, however this does not last 5-10 days. Maximum I got it to last was 3 days on the first try. One lash piece was lost after day two, and the others came off in the shower. On the second application, two of the lash pieces ripped in half.”

“I'm pretty well versed in lash application, they were easy enough to apply but I found the quality of the lashes to be quite sub-par. The tools are beautiful and easy to use, but the lash segments fell apart the second day I was wearing them; I ordered the Bs with my control kit and received 12&14 in length. My wand also arrived scratched which was disappointing considering the upfront cost. Wanted to love them.”

Hi Katelyn! We are so sorry that your experience with Lashify did not go as expected. If you received damaged products, please reach out to us directly at concierge@lashify.com with your order number and any supporting photos so that we can try to make it right :) If your Gossamers were falling off on the second day, that sounds like an issue somewhere in your application. The Lashify system is completely different than applying strip lashes or other types of lashes. Even the most experienced strip lash users still find that there is a learning curve with Lashify. Please consider scheduling a complementary 1:1 with one of our educators so that they can walk you through a proper application process that will not damage the Gossamers and will last longer than a day :)
