“I'm pretty well versed in lash application, they were easy enough to apply but I found the quality of the lashes to be quite sub-par. The tools are beautiful and easy to use, but the lash segments fell apart the second day I was wearing them; I ordered the Bs with my control kit and received 12&14 in length. My wand also arrived scratched which was disappointing considering the upfront cost. Wanted to love them.”

Hi Katelyn! We are so sorry that your experience with Lashify did not go as expected. If you received damaged products, please reach out to us directly at concierge@lashify.com with your order number and any supporting photos so that we can try to make it right :) If your Gossamers were falling off on the second day, that sounds like an issue somewhere in your application. The Lashify system is completely different than applying strip lashes or other types of lashes. Even the most experienced strip lash users still find that there is a learning curve with Lashify. Please consider scheduling a complementary 1:1 with one of our educators so that they can walk you through a proper application process that will not damage the Gossamers and will last longer than a day :)

“I bought them to try out as I'm a lash tech and can't do my own lashes. After a few tries they looked good, had to get use to having something on my lashes but was fine after that. Definately will get done different curls to try out.”

“I am new to Lashify but so far I am loving these! I am still in the beginning learning stage but I just signed up for the membership because these are SO awesome! My first set stayed on last night. Not one fell off! I can not wait to see how these continue to work and I am so excited to play with other thicker gossamers.”
