We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators (concierge@lashif.com).. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 50,000 members successfully using the system for longer periods of time.

“Love my new lashes! They are so easy to put on. I’ve only worn them one day at a time so far—I’m nervous to sleep in them! I used to get extensions, so I have the eye mask with “room for your lashes” that I used to sleep in, but I’m still not confident enough in my application to try and wear my gossies for more than a day. Thanks, Sahara, for creating such an amazing product! I’m hooked!!!”

“I have only applied twice now but wow I am completely obsessed! I got 7 days wear on my first try. It was much easier than I thought it would be. I already ordered more lashes of different types and lengths! I love this product and will be a customer for a very long time.”
