“Buying Lashify was one of the best decisions I think I have made in a long time. The looks that I haven’t been able to achieve with extensions, I am able to do myself! Two weeks in and I have already cleaned my gossamers ready for next use so that it makes it even more cost effective versus eyelash extensions, and proves that these a high quality. I got 6 days of wear on my first set, and only took off because I had a long-standing salon appointment for lashes — which didn’t last half as well, nor look even a 1/10th as good! Big fan!”

“Not sure how to rate my experience with the control kit. May just be user error but I do not like the finished product. The first attempt to apply, I went too close to the water line leaving the lashes uncomfortable. The gossamers kept sticking to the control wand (with and without the silicone tips) making the process infuriating. The second time, I used about 6 fresh gossamers overlapping on each eye. Still the issue with the gossamers sticking to the applicator tool tips... Even more so when trying to reuse the previous gossamers. The comfort was much better so I chalk the first to user error. Now, the lashes are still sticky even though I used the suggested amount of bond. In the morning after waking, I look "evil" (per my children) from the way they have stuck together.and cannot get them to behave due to the stickiness.Now I'm basically out of gossamers and would have to order more to try it again. Definitely not going to try and reuse again. Too much of a hassle.”

We're sorry your experience didn't go as planned. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. From what you described, it sounds like you may be over bonding. Also, when you reuse, its best to remove old bond with a little alcohol to start fresh. Otherwise you will continue to deal with stickiness. This will also give you some "practice" lashes to play with. Please reach out to us directly for more assistance. “I like them and the seem fairly easy to put on however, I can’t get them to stay on for more than 1 day- I think it’s operator error. I can’t find a lashify video on how to fuse them. I have a hard time doing that. I am not sure if I fuse once they are all on- if so, seems like I’m messing them all up.... But I’m Hopeful I will get it down with more practice so buying more to see how this next round goes!”

Hi Jessica! It sounds like there is an issue somewhere in your application. It takes most of our clients a few applications to get good longevity. The key to longevity is good placement and proper bonding methods. Too much or too little bond, not letting it get tacky first, or incorrect prepping or placement can cause your Gossamers to fall off. We suggest scheduling a complementary 1:1 with one of our educators so they can walk you through correct application :)

“I’m so happy I decided to buy Lashify! It’s life changing and this was my first time putting the lashes on. I can’t believe it’s so simple and looks so good! Forgot they were on and rubbed my eyes and one gossamer fell off. I will need to invest in the stronger bond. Can’t wait until we can go out again so I can show off my lashes! Excellent product and I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you Lashify!”
