So sorry to hear that. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system.

“These lashes are fabulous. The control kit is perfect for me. I’m still experimenting with the placement but I’m getting the hang of it. I feel like I don’t need any makeup except a little lip color and I’m set. The quality of the products is superb and all the instruction is greatly appreciated. I watch a lot of the live tutorials on Instagram.... very helpful. Also the the instructions included with the kit....excellent. Thanks Lashify....love you.”

“It’s effortless to put on, it’s a natural looking product, it’s more affordable in the long run rather than eyelash extensions(new sets and fills), no damage to your real lashes, and most importantly you decide what look you want. This equation checks all of the above for me, excellent product.”
