So sorry to hear that. We are here to help! Although most clients pick it up fairly quickly, others have a bit of a learning curve. Your lashes should definitely be lasting more than a few hours or a couple days! Typically when that happens it has to do with 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also reach out to us directly for more tips, or a 1:1 with one of our educators. We also recommend you join the Lashify Life FB group for more tips from over 40,000 members successfully using the system.

“I love love love it! I can put them on so easily! I may do a 1x1 to help with keeping them on. I usually lose one in the shower and iam working on getting my fuse down to keep that from happening. Iam definitely in love with these lashes and telling EVERYONE about them”

“It easy to use and looks very natural. Can't even tell/feel you have it on. It says it lasts 5-7 days but mine falls off after I shower on the 1st. I double bonded on the 2nd try and I still had some pieces fall off. Not sure if I'm doing it right but for, it's nothing lasting as long as I hoped.”

Hi there, we are here to help! If you are having trouble keeping them on, it can be 1 of 3 things.... over bonding, placing too close to the waterline, or what you are prepping with. Most get longer wear with just a little practice. You can also try out our longevity technique called "Lockdown". All you need is your Whisper Light bond (step by step directions are under Dictionary on our website). “Love Lashify! Just having a hard time getting them to stay through the night because my eyes leak so much. Have used strip lashes for the last 10 years, so it’s not a huge learning curve. But I’m loving the colors!”
