“I’m on my third tub now and unfortunately it doesn’t work for me I’ve tried three different ones for the underarm and read others tried the foot one but still doesn’t work for me”

“I have hyperhydriosis so I sweat 5x more than most, so I go through a lot of deodorant, clothes and showers! This has been life changing! I now get three days from an application which is amazing. My step dad is thrilled with the sample he got and will be ordering also. I used the foot cream as it is the strongest.”

“Tried the sample & thought it was OK. Purchased the stronger foot cream but haven't been happy at all. Gave some to a friend to try but she didn't like it either. Might be OK for winter but definitely not for summer.”

Winter is a great time for Lavilin to settle in and get the bacteria under control. Also, perseverance can really pay off as Lavilin sometimes needs time to get the bacteria under control. You could also give it a break for a little while and when the weather cools down give it another go.

“Didn't work for me, unfortunately! **Sending the product back for a refund means you have to pay return postage** I've been applying day and night because if I don't, I smell as if I'm not wearing deodorant at all, a few hours after applying! Some days it seems to work better than others. I applied my previous deodorant only every morning and it totally did it's job for the entire day and evening. I don't smoke or drink and I eat a healthy diet. I can easily manage body odor with off the shelf deodorants or antiperspirants so it's not as though body odor is an issue for me. And i've been using another "no aluminium", more natural deodorant prior. I'm female. I don't like heat so I keep myself cool almost all of the day in summer. I've been in the aircon all day today and just noticed that I smell a bit after applying the lavilin just last night after my shower. I've been applying twice daily, the tiny amount that is advised, for two weeks straight now. Product still didn't work. I would have thought this product was bound to work for me. Especially because there are such rave reviews. I'll be trying the No Pong deodorant which is less than $8 and doesn't make the grand claims that Lavilin does. Very friendly company and staff but buyer beware that this didn't work for me, a regular woman that one would expect this product to work for. Oh, and just to reiterate that you have to pay return postage to get your refund. With postage costs so high, you're looking at around $9 to send it back.”

Sorry it didn't work out for you and didn't get those BO-producing bacteria under control. There are a small percentage of people whose BO bacteria don't respond to the Lavilin cream. Most people buy the sachets for $3.95 to see if it works for them and then go on to purchase the full-size jar that keeps them going up to a year. Sometimes there is an extended settling in time for Lavilin to get the bacteria under control. Perseverance is the key and we will do all we can to get Lavilin working for you. Warning - No Pong uses sodium bicarbonate in their deodorant and it wreaks havoc on the balance of good bacteria on the skin - as well as damaging the skin's protective acid layer that often causes rashes. Our T&C's return policy is pretty clear with return products at the buyer's expense. Thanks for giving it a go!
