“So far it has been a month since using this cream, doing it the right way as it has said on the directions. And it only lasts me for the day, it never lasts more than that. Even when I go to the gym, I have to re-apply it because I get stinky after. My bacteria is probably strong, but if anyone else has really bad odor like me, don't buy this product as it won't be for you.”

Dear Danielle, So glad you are off to a good start with Lavilin and it will be interesting to hear how you are going in a couple of months time when Lavilin has had time to get the bacteria under control. Everyone responds differently to Lavilin and we have had many success stories and one where Lavilin has been the only product that has worked for them where their body odour was so bad they were fired from their job. It would be a real shame for someone not to put Lavilin to the test for themselves.

“I was sceptical at first but now I'm kinda amazed. I'm an active fella who gets sweaty and smelly but this stuff actually lasts the week. I apply it on a Sunday evening, ride a hilly 5km twice a day to and from work Mon-Fri, go to footy training 2 times a week, the gym 3 times, I work with kids so I'm very active and non stop at work 5 days a week and and by the following Sunday I still don't smell! Still can't quite believe it”

“I’m pretty active, a nervous sweater and generally a sweaty Betty. After a short transitional period, from spray deo to this, it’s been fantastic. I still sweat, but I don’t smell awful afterwards- which has always been a problem. This product is amazing. 10/10 recommended”

“I’m undecided! Sometimes I feel like it’s amazing, but overall I don’t think it’s for me. Sometimes I definitely smell a bit, and I have only been able to go 3 days max. Maybe because I’ve had to apply it after a morning shower more often than an evening one? (Have 3 small kids, often no time for a night shower) Might give it another shot in winter as I’m past the 30 day return period. (It has been muggy Sydney weather since I’ve been using it)”

Hi Johanna, 3 days is a pretty good start. With Lavilin the longer you use it the longer it should last as Lavilin has time to get the bacteria under control. We generally find that customers end up lasting the 7 days after 3 months of use. Though everyone is different and hormones and stress can affect how long you will last. Which is why sometime you can last 6 or 7 days and then it seems you need to apply the next day. Just go ahead and reapply and you will find Lavilin will get those stinky bacteria back in line again. Another thing you will find is when body odour does slowly return and you reapply Lavilin in the middle of the day it will instantly stop BO in it's tracks. Amazing, where most deodorants will still have a hint of body odour remaining to make your deodorant smell more like farty perfume. In regards to using it in the morning after a shower that is fine. The trick with Lavilin is to experiment with what works best for you. Winter is a great time to give Lavilin a head start on getting your bacteria under control without the heat of summer as and you will find Lavilin will last longer. So it will be great to see how you go. It can be well worth persevering if you are up for it. Cheers Kara

“I tried the samples first and was happy to buy at tub. It definitely wouldn’t last 7 days for me, but I get at least 2 nights 3 days out of the application. It really wasn’t about lasting the 7 days for me but more good quality alternative to the supermarket deodorants, with ingredients that are better for you. I also like the fact that I don’t need to rush out and buy deodorant if i forgot to apply, as I had to with typical deodorants, as this just slowly wears off over time”
