Hi Jane, Sorry to hear your granddaughter found her Lavilin did not work straight up. Sometimes the skin has an adjustment period between products and it can help to have a rest time in between. Happy to help with some troubleshooting to see what was happening for her skin and help get it working.

“I love the product, I have bad body odour and had to carry a can of deodorant spray with me. I have been using Lavilin for 4 months now and no under arm odour and no more itchy rash. And it doesn’t clash with any of the colognes I use.”

“I have been using Lavlin for 2 months now and found that I use it twice a week with no issues, I can go longer but feel very confident with twice a week. It took me a bit getting used to applying after my shower at night rather than the morning but enjoy not marking my clothes with deodorant.”

Hi Bianca, Sorry it was not working for you. There can be a transition time as the skin transitions from another product. We can do some troubleshooting with you and see if we can get it happening for you. Plus we have some tips on our instructions page lavilin.com.au/instructions
