We had some of our other customers notice the same thing and it seems to be with a particular batch, and not with all bottles. We've asked the manufacturer and they said they had used a different supplier for one of the ingredients. We've given them that feedback and they said they're back to their usual supplier again. If you add a squirt of water to the bottle it will help to thin it down again and will still be just as effective. That should make it much easier on your arms, plus it will go further 😄

“3 stars because the formula itself is excellent. However, the bottle it comes in is just awful. The product is thick and gluggy and is very hard to get out of the small hole in the lid, so when you squeeze it hard to do this it starts leaking out from the bottom of the lid where it screws on to the bottle. Then it slowly leaks down and covers the whole bottle in a sticky mess to clean off in your next shower... A packaging change is sorely needed! If the product itself wasn't so brilliant I wouldn't repurchase. As it is I think I'll have to just start emptying it into another container when I buy the new bottle.”

Hi Emma, so glad you are lovin the body wash. It is amazing how it makes your skin feel. Lavilin used a new supplier of one of the ingredients and this has affected the consistency of the body wash. We have notified Lavilin and they have reverted back to the normal supplier of that ingredient and the product will be back to what it should be. We expect the new shipment of the original formula to arrive in November.

If you add a squirt of water to the bottle it will help to thin it down again and will still be just as effective. That should make it much easier on your arms, plus it will go further 😄

With Lavilin we always say less is more. Try using about the size of a 10c coin and if you really want to make it go further turn off the water while you rub it all over. A little really goes a long way and that way your bottle will last at least 6 months and more.
