Awesome Rowena sounds like you are going great guns. Try applying only once each time from now on. Now that you are in the groove you should get away with applying less often.

“First time use it worked for a few days, next time a few more and now I get a whole week with no smell. It’s a dam miracle in a jar. The best part is my stinky teenager now smells lovely and not like that disgusting cover up stuff he was using. He’s also allergic to showering often so this is perfect.”

“I had high hopes for this, as it was the first natural deodorant I had tried. I read mixed reviews. Works for some and not others. Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. I used it consistently for 7 days and found that I had to top up 1-2 times throughout the day. I still had BO and gave up and went back to my regular deodorant.”

“Although I love the idea and wish it worked for me, after trying it for over 3 weeks straight, it's been a disaster for me. I tend to need to reapply twice daily otherwise I stink....even my kids have commented, which isn't great. So I now have no confidence in the product for when I'm out in public. Applying twice daily means this is definitely not cost effective as the container is tiny. Back to my other natural alternatives that do work for me.”

Hey Letisha, sorry to hear you have not had success with Lavilin. A lot of natural deodorants use highly alkaline ingredients like bicarb soda that have long-term effects on the skin's pH, which is why you are most likely having a hard time transitioning to Lavilin as it is much gentler on the skin. If you are up for persevering contact us and we can try to help. Others who have transitioned over from high pH deodorants have found that using the stronger foot deodorant cream on their armpits more regularly for the first while can help get Lavilin settled in and working.

“Best product I have found so far!!! It really works. My eczema has cleared and I no longer smell!! I have not managed to reach 7days but easily get 3 days before I need to reapply. It really does work.”
