“The plastic bag was weak - it had split and emptied the fertiliser into the cardboard box, which was not sealed, but they fixed the problem immediately by rapidly replacing the lost fertiliser. Ref the performance of fertiliser on the starter lawn - it was easily spread and we have to see how it performs.”
