“I bought 2 lots of autumn lawn fertiliser the first lot that I used no problems lawn looks good the second lot I bought has burnt a customers lawn that has cost me time and money.I have Been on to the company regarding this problem the reply was not enough water being used and caused it to burn the lawn.
It not sure about that the lawn was kept well watered so if you purchase this be very careful when you use I have asked them why there is not a instruction leaflet with the said goods.”
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your second bag of Autumn Lawn Fertiliser. Fertiliser can cause burns if this has not been watered consistently enough to break the granules down, as the salts in the fertiliser stay on the surface and damage the blades 😔 When this happens, it is a clear indication that there was not enough moisture, or possibly over application in some areas.
We do advise on the website that this can be applied before or after rainfall, as this helps to dissolve the granules. But we can see how instructions may have been helpful to you. We apologise again that this had happened, and appreciate you taking the time to leave us your review.
