“The product as always was excellent but the delivery by Fedex was a disgrace. The courier mistakenly dropped the parcel at a neighbour's house and then logged that I had signed for it. Nobody had signed for the parcel because nobody had been in at my neighbour's house when the parcel was dropped off and the parcel had just been dumped on the drive. I appreciate that couriers can make mistakes but to tell lies is a different matter. I sent feedback about this to Fedex but heard nothing back. I rate Lawnsmith products highly but won't be able to buy them again if the only courier choice is Fedex.”
